Garfish*

"Possibly the distant cousin of Garfield.
A pelagic needlefish
pale-greenish blue on the back and upper sides,
broad, blue-edged silver band along the middle,
and distinguished by the large bill on their lower jaw."

Routine catch up with K over delicious food- in a relaxing atmosphere that was welcomed by nice weather! Only a short walk from Ripples and the beautiful promenade overlooking Sydney Harbour, Garfish is situated within the serene aura of Kirribilli. 



ENTRÉE

Grilled scallops
with Cauliflower & Saffron Puree, Crisp Pancetta
(Natural sweetness of scallops were punctuated by a strong contrast in flavours. Creaminess of the puree was delicately offset by the crispy pancetta.)



MAIN COURSES

Grain Fed Sirloin 
with Cafe de Paris Butter and Chips



Spiced Swordfish with Mash
(Customised dish matched from a choice garnishes)



DESSERT

Belgian Waffle 
served with Belgian Chocolate Ice Cream w/ Peanut Brittle & Mocha Sauce
(Although the size of the waffle was tiny, it was an awesome combination of sweet on sweet. Like a complicated honeycomb having an identity crisis!)*
